AlpenZushi at SIXT

Alex and Angkana Neumayer as well as Wolfgang Wieland are the first master chefs and culinary food creators who made AlpenZushi their shared passion.

Next to Sushi rice – no rice no sushi – they use seasonal and regional ingredients from the alpine region in their creative and new recipes. In those recipes there is also plenty on offer for vegans and vegetarians.

At our site with Sixt in Pullach nearby Munich, we have implemented our concept of AlpenZushi succesfully in our lunch menu. Once a month the employees of Sixt are looking forward to an exciting and very tasty AlpenZushi.

On the 15th of September 2017 at our location Diehl Aircabin in Laupheim the new hangar 25 was inaugurated with lavish festivities. There was a great offer of culinary variety for the almost 3000 invited guests.

We are extremely proud to have been awarded the 1st prize in the sector ‘Business and Care’!

In our Zurich canteen, we were able to convince with our corporate catering concept. With design, freshness and creativity in the kitchen, we spoil our guests in the prize winning Google Café in Zurich. We can prove that canteen gastronomy can be different. In our canteens, we serve balanced meals that help maintain good health, motivate our guests in their respective companies and encourage even better productivity. The canteen is not only a means to an end, but also follows a wide goal while accommodating the staff catering in the areas of employee branding, corporate communication and personnel development.

Moreover, as an industry segment we are very proud to be able to positively influence the healthy lifestyle of our guests. Nutrition is an important and sensitive subject that is directly linked to sustainability. Body and soul go hand in hand. This is why our efforts are always influenced by sustainability, be it the more efficient use of dishwashers in order to better use energy resources, or the respectful handling of food items. Our commitment is economic and environmentally friendly.

‘Best of Swiss’ is the biggest gastro competition in the world. Alongside an expert jury, all those people who like to eat out also vote for their favourite catering company. The premises that get voted the best in Switzerland in November have really succeeded – who is more trustworthy than guests who recommend premises?
